The market leader in gluten-free food in Europe has a state-of-the-art plant in Southern, NJ producing breads, bagels and roll products supplying retailers in the US and Canada. 2-shift, 5 day production. 2nd shift 5PM-2AM.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the execution of production, packaging and warehouse processes and procedures in accordance with the Production Schedule.
Coordinate and supervise pre-production, equipment set-up, raw material prep, product formulas, in process quality testing and production.
Direct workflow, scheduling, evaluating and disciplining of 15 production and packaging employees on the production process and operating production equipment.
Ensure safety procedures, GMP and HACCP plans, production documentation and analyzing data collected. Assist Plant Manager in developing budgets and related requirements for the plant.
Qualifications:
BS/BA preferred.
2
years' experience in food production in a supervisory role.
Training and communications.
Knowledge of GMP's, HACCP and USDA regulations.
5 day, 2nd shift 5PM-2AM.
Salary $65-75K, 10% bonus, medical, dental, 401k, vacation, holidays.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
